Search Terms
When a name, location, or other search detail is typed into a partner search tool, that query is sent to the third-party provider that operates the tool. Grant County Inmate Population does not keep its own log of those search terms.
Messages
If you send an email or contact message, the information in that message may be retained so we can review it and respond. It is not shared outside the organization unless disclosure is required by law.

This site links to sheriff pages, Kansas Department of Corrections resources, Kansas court and Kansas Open Records Act public-record information, federal custody locators, VINE, and third-party search tools. Once you leave this site, the destination site's privacy policy controls its collection and use of information.
Advertising partners may use their own systems to measure activity across websites and serve targeted ads. That tracking is handled by those partners, not by Grant County Inmate Population's own record system.
